You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through our third-party payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment and applicable taxes. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EtsyOptima is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
